Double $90 per night /$600 week
3 guests $95 per night /$630 week

Deposit: 50% deposit required to make a reservation. PayPal, checks, money orders accepted. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival.

Additional charges: 13.42 % state and transient accommodation tax will be added plus cleaning fee

Cancellation: A full refund of the deposit, less $50 for processing, is available up until 45 days prior to arrival. After that, partial refunds will be made for the percentage of the booking which we were able to fill with another reservation.
